Our factory is ISO certified with complete QE process for incoming materials and finished products.
Q: Can I have the products with my own logo?
Yes. We can offer both OEM and ODM service with prototype design and small MOQ.
Q: How much is the cost for customer logo?
For more than 500pcs, no extra cost. For less than 500pcs, the cost need to be calculated on the exact requirement.
Q: Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We have a professional team with rich experience on prototype design. Pls share the ideas and how you would like to do. We will do the rest work for you.
Q:What kind of files do you accept for logo printing?

Q: Can I get free samples？
We are very pleased to supply you samples and would like to offer free ones when the value is low and items are in

Q:How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality counter display. If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost .But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of
the order is more about the MOQ.

The samples will be ready for delivery in 3-5 days after we got the payment. Normally the samples will be sent to you

Q. What is the lead time for mass production?
The lead time of MOQ is about 10 to15 days. For bigger orders typically 30days and this need to be confirmed case by
case depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. It is suggested that you start inquiry two
months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
Q: Why your price is higher than other suppliers ?
Different products has different prices, although the same product which use different fabric and workmanship will
have different price, as suppliers, we promise to provide the best pre-sales and after-sales service for the customers!
Q: The shipping cost is too high, can you give me cheaper shipping cost or free shipping?
When we calculate the shipping cost for you, we will use the cheapest and safest courier, and it is shipping company
who ask us to pay, we can't give you any cheaper or free, pls kindly understand. But we can promise that we will not ask you to pay more shipping cost, if you think it is too expensive, we can use your own shipping company or agent in
China which is cheaper.
